Linda’s Statement: As a yoga student and teacher, I have found tools within the yoga tradition that allow each person to bring out the best in themselves. Creating art has a similar potential to bring balance by linking heart and mind. The Bhavana Project blends elements of both art and yoga, allowing others to trust their inner voice and share of themselves...and have fun doing it. What a joy it was to see the flags grow! I looked forward to hearing responses from each person who took part. I would like to thank each one of them for their amazing heartfelt contributions and photos. A special thanks to Sharon Kagan for her encouragement to follow my dream.
